1st floor – Entry
Enter through the front door of this nearly 100-year home and be presented with a beautiful open, living room, dining room, and kitchen.
Many of the original architectural features of the home have been retained while incorporating modern design and conveniences.
The large kitchen features solid countertops, expansive center island, and coffee bar. Enjoy complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, snacks, continental breakfast items
2nd floor
Head up the stairs to the second floor. You’ll find two large bedrooms:
The “Blue Room” features a king-sized bed, top of the line linens and extraordinarily comfortable mattress and pillows. In the room you’ll find a wall mounted Smart TV for streaming your favorite entertainment. Also, for extra peace and tranquility, step outside to your own private deck overlooking the back yard.
The “Green Room” also features a king-sized bed, top of the line linens and comfortable mattress with soft and firm pillows. This large bedroom is also equipped with a Smart TV for streaming.
In the center of the 2nd floor, you’ll find the Library/Media Room with a large 50″ (127 cm) Smart TV. Gamers will be glad to hear that an Xbox One X, with controllers, and a selection of games are connected to this display. A tall bookcase contains a large selection of books. And finally, a work desk adorns one wall with an HDMI connected monitor and B&W laser printer/copier.
This floor also features a full-sized bathroom with tub, shower, and all linens and toiletries.
3rd floor
Head up to the top floor and you’ll find yet another two large bedrooms. One is equipped with king- sized bed, soft mattress and pillows. This bedroom also contains a large Smart TV for streaming.
The other bedroom features two very comfortable single beds with reading lights.
Rounding out the top floor is yet another full-sized bathroom with glass shower enclosure and full complement of linens and toiletries.
Exterior
As was the style in the 1920’s, well-appointed homes were built with a large wrap around porch. This porch has been well maintained through the decades and is now yours to enjoy.
Within the past 20 years, a spacious deck was added and connected with the wrap around porch. The deck features with stainless steel propane gas grill from grilling your favorite foods. Also on the deck you’ll find tables, chairs, and umbrella for enjoying the outdoors. Finally, turn on the fire pit (propane fueled), grab a beverage, and enjoy the evening under the stars.
The home features a large grassy yard for your enjoyment as well.
